How can I rent a storage unit? We offer a 100% online and contactless rental process. Simply visit our booking portal to view the different types and sizes of storage units we have available, as well as check real-time availability. If you prefer, you can also contact us through any means, and we'll handle it for you.
Can I pay my rent online? Absolutely! You can view and pay your invoices online from your account in the 'Invoices' section. (Remember that we also accept payments via Stripe and OXXO Pay for your convenience.)
Can I access my storage unit myself? Our access hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Do I have to sign long-term contracts? Not at all! At StoreMore, you decide how long you need the space. The only commitment when booking is the payment for the first full month. After that, you have complete flexibility.
How do I know which storage unit size to choose? To help you decide, we've included detailed descriptions below each unit type we offer. There you'll find realistic examples of what you can store in each size so you can choose the option that works best for you. You can also ask our team.
